About Us

The International Institute of Port Cities (IIPC) is an organization based in Valparaíso, Chile, registered under RUT n° 77.469.132-4 and led by Dr. Sabah Zrari. Its mission is to actively contribute to the development of renewed port-city governance, capable of addressing the complex, interconnected challenges facing these strategic territories.

IIPC specializes in providing professional training services, primarily for local governments and port authorities. Its work focuses on the key dimensions of sustainable port-city development.
